3. Delivery Timeframe And Client Obligations

Standard Delivery: Backlinks will be delivered within 30 day of campaign commencement. 

Pre-Approval Response Requirement: Where pre-approvals are required, approval requests must be responded to within 3 working days. Failure to respond within this timeframe will void the 30-day delivery guarantee. 

4. Money-Back Guarantee

Hyperlocal Backlinks offers a 100% money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

Eligible Refund Circumstances:

• Failure to secure the promised quantity of backlinks within the specified timeframe (subject to section 3).

• Failure to meet the specified quality standards as outlined in section 2. 

Refund Process: In the event we fail to meet the specified standards, you are eligible for a refund of the affected backlinks. 

At our discretion, we will either:

• Refund you the amount paid for the affected backlink(s), or

• Provide a replacement of equal or greater value

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

We are not obligated to provide refunds for:

• Dissatisfaction with local ranking results or search engine performance.

• Subjective disagreements with deliverables when specified standards have been met.

• Circumstances beyond our control as outlined in section 5.

5. Service Limitations And Disclaimers

Clients must acknowledge and accept the following limitations:

Search Engine Policies: Hyperlocal Backlinks has no control over the policies of search engines regarding the type of websites and/or content that they accept now or in the future. Your website may be excluded from any blog, website, directory, or search engine at any time at the sole discretion of that platform. 

Third-Party Website Control: We have no control over website and blog owners who may remove links and content, or delete, move, or modify their websites. Refunds will only be processed per the refund policies outlined in section 4. 

No Ranking Gurantees: As an outsourced provider of the services, Hyperlocal Backlinks does not guarantee search engine positions for any particular keyword, phrase, or search term. We do not guarantee, any traffic increases or specific ranking improvements. 

Inherent Risks: Any form of link building inherently incurs risks of search engine penalties and other impacts to marketing efforts. Hyperlocal Backlinks does not assume liability for any impacts of link building and other marketing activities upon your rankings. 

Third-Party Modifications: We are not responsible for changes made by other parties that adversely affect your search engine rankings.

6. Limitations Of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Hyperlocal Backlinks be liable to you for any damages whatsoever, including (without limitation) any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of revenue, or any claims by you or third-party websites. You assume all risks and potential damages (known or unknown) associated with using Hyperlocal Backlinks services.

7. Confidentiality And Non-Disclosure

Hyperlocal Backlinks does not sign individual non-disclosure agreements for every client; however, as part of these Terms of Service, we commit to treating every client with full confidentiality and discretion.

Our Commitments:

• We will not use any confidential information disclosed by you for any purpose except the provision of our services without first obtaining your written agreement. 

• We will no disclose any confidential information to any third party except to our employees and professional advisers who need to know the same for service delivery purposes.

• We will maintain appropriate security measures to protect your confidential information.

8. Service Restrictions And Prohibited Industries

Hyperlocal Backlinks reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders for businesses in illegal or offensive industries, including but not limited to:

• Illegal content, products, services, or items.

• Any other content found to be objectionable at our sole discretion.

10. Subscriptions And Cancellations

Subscription Services: If you have subscribed to any recurring service plans offered by Hyperlocal Backlinks, you may cancel your subscription at any time. 

Cancellation Process: To cancel your subscription, please contact your account manager. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period. 

No Refunds For Partial Periods: Cancellations do not entitle you to refunds for any partial subscription periods already paid, though you will retain access to services through the end of your paid billing cycle.

Hyperlocal Backlinks reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
